Come on gonzo what are the geese saying?? Froze my knackers off in Whitby on Saturday, boiled on Sunday, fucking drenched today. Have they given up and just flying round in circles??

It's going to be hot come the end of the month and a balmy summer too.

Loads of big storms too, plus 35 degree heat.

The world is fucked.

Had a monumental thunderstorm last year. Worst I can remember. Nature takes no shit.

Tremendous rain fall today. Downed a couple of saturated geese

My 3 year old pulled his chair round and sat watching the rain rather than the 2nd half of the FA cup final.

Heatwave next week apparently

The women's Olympic Trial, within 5 miles of Wembley, was far more exciting.

Spectators were allowed into the outer lanes of the track, and the beer tent was a marquee across the whole of the track for 30 metres or so.

The winner was outside the top 70 on the UK list before the race (and 14th afterwards, beating a former World champion).

Positively cracking the flags.

Positively cracking the flags.

Aye. Meanwhile, up in Durham they were watching the cricket in scarves, fleeces and hats.

Cracking day in the sun in Blackpool yesterday and spent most today down the park with t'lad and just coming back inside from doing a bit of a barbecue. Lovely stuff.

It was great to wake up with the sun coming through the blinds this morning and being told it was grey and dull in Essex #westestisbestest
