They slapped a massive yellow and black sticker all over my grass and formerly cardboard bin last week with a letter saying I hadn't paid my £30 garden waste charge and I could also no longer put cardboard in it as that now goes in paper bin.

 

It's now an extra £30 a year plus an initial £30 payment on top of your council bill to take your grass bin every month apparently.

 

Fookin outrageous.
