I'm not sure his parent club would be happy with a loan agreement whereby we only pay him if he plays......as that would mean that City would have to pick up the rest of his wage when he's not playing. If he goes anywhere on loan, it'll not be on a pay as you play basis that's for sure

 

Edit: just read he's been released, so is available on a free, so no need for a loan. He's still shit though, so I wouldn't be overly interested in us signing him, even if it was pay as you play. Hell be wanting big wages I would of thought. I would rather have kept Klasnic than sign Santa Cruz....I would expect that they would both be wanting the same sort of money
