I don't think he bummed him against his will, I'm pretty sure it there was consent from Jimmy (Corkhill).

I might add he's not been found guilty of bumming anyone non-consensually yet either.

Why bother at all? I knew they were lazy to begin with but that takes the (sticky) biscuit.

Is that homophobic? I don't think it is, it's equal opportunites if anything, possibly 'banter'.

I began to doubt the prosecution case when they attributed so much to the alleged comments of a dead actor who had left the show in ignimony. Apparently Kenneth Cope, appearing as a defence witness to deny having seen events which a prosecution witness claimed KC had seen, was crucial. Strange that the police hadn't bothered to check with him. As he writes a weekly column in the Southport Visitor they can hardly have presumed him dead too.

But they can't be cross-examined. A QC would have made toast of Adamson.

The essential problem revolves around the CPS preparing cases. It is like the local boss thinks he a District Attorney making a name for himself on high profile cases. Before the CPS police would have got independent expert counsel's opinion, and I think this case, in particular, would never have proceeded to trial.

And this arresting celebreties at 6am lark, having tipped off photographers, is a nice little (or not so little) earner for someone in the constabulary. Yet again.

Wonder how much this has cost us?
