What about that bloke done last week for rape/murder, some poor sod and his mate did about six years and three years respectively for the girl's murder before the real killer was caught by DNA analysis (after he committed another crime) was crossmatched...The only 'evidence' in the original case was he (the wrong man) was her boyfriend and the last to see her alive.

aye, saw that

felt just as bad for his mate who got sent down for helping him dispose of the body, though in reality, he got sent down just for being his mate

Even though he's been cleared of doing anything, I doubt we'll be seeing him on telly much in the near future. If he really is innocent, then that's grim that he's probably just lost his job and will have little or no chance of getting something else in the same line of work again.

That’s why if the girls identity is kept secret then so should the accused until a verdict is finalized, if guilty then let the world know, if innocent as in this case the court records should be sealed

What's more, aside from the DNA thing which finally nailed the other bloke, it's been said they wouldn't have looked at this case again if it wasn't for the BBC 'Rough Justice' programme.

The same 'Rough Justice' they've scrapped in the latest round of costcutting, but they spunk £250k doing a car stunt to kill off that Dogger Mitchell brother in pile of shite 'Eastenders'.

So if he hasnt done anything, that means the girl lied, does she not get in trouble?

She certainly should do, the Poor bloke even though he is a DMB has had his life turned upside for the last 2 years.

in an ideal world yes.

it can work in favour of justice. loads came forward when Stuart Hall was first accused

result being the sheer weight of evidence against him meant he could do nowt but plead guilty

You do know who she is though?

it got leaked out over twitter the other day

Yeah it did and they got arrested I believe

.

Apparently 3 folk have been arrested for putting the information on Twitter and Facebook  -  what sort of dick posts stuff like that and doesn't expect to get collared for it?

That's one of the reasons we can't have the death penalty

We could still have the death penalty...

If we (happily) tortured them first then they'd confess - we'd then be 100% sure of their guilt, with a confession. It's foolproof.

:rolleyes2:
