We've not much to choose from

Nicky Hunt.

Because he has a name like a fanny.

For that reason only.

Apparently he could play upfront

Mendy and Gardner.

Tony Dunne (when he played for us... not them)

Gudni Bergsson (when he played right back)

Bruno Ngotty (when he played right back)

Joe Riley (when he eventually plays right back)

&

Jimmy Phillips (when we win on Saturday!)

Mendy was shit.

Ricardo was good,up there with Charlton, maybe better.

Bergsonn and Ngotty's best days were at centre back.

I think Riley could be a good 'un. Still early days though.

Ritson

Ian bailey

Gardner

Ritson for me, couldn't half hit a shot. Don McCallister was pretty good too, think he was a full back.

Not for me he wasn't.

his only attribute was pace, granted he was as fast as a cheetah on wizz

Roy Hartle & Tommy Banks.

Not sure we've had many decent proper full-backs since then.

70's Paul Jones

80's can't say any really

90's Gudni Bergsson

00's Ricardo Gardener

Phil Brown, Brian Borrows & Barry Cowdrill. Oh and Henrik Pederson

Jimmy Phillips if only for that goal

Ricky Gardner. He didn't get into the Sky Sports team of the year around 03/04/05 ahead of the likes of Ashley Cole etc for nothing.

Did Florent Laville every play full back for us?

I was just going to say Vinnie Candela :)

A very, very short career for us, but a player who, very similar to Hierro, just seemed to ooze class. Shame we couldn't have kept him for longer.

Barry Cowdrill and then Ricardo Gardner have been my faves.
