Not often for me, Halifax for the G.O goal, Wreham after the match, Preston promotion after the match, Mansfield away for 1-1 draw around 1992 I think is about it for me

Halifax when GO scored I remember some woman screaming and calling us animals , I think she mentioned something about her fellas leg being broken .

i recall the stadium announcer asking at the end ''could all halifax fans please remain in thr ground for your own safety''

 

i went back for the 2nd replay when we won 3-1,think it was the same night wolves got walloped off chorley at burnden and most went to that instead.

pretty sure we broke down on the way home in C86's motor.

a QS from one of the firms we subcontract to was on the pitch with me that day,he still shudders to this day every time he's shown it on youtube,mad day but happy memories
