Once a week. My favourite set is white egyptian cotton. If it's cold though, fleecy bedding cannot be beaten. I also got a cashmere covered hot water bottle for Christmas.

God I sound geriatric.

That would be if you change it daily because of the piss

Got three lots of bedding in the airing cupboard, anybody what dont change bedding are going to have a room stinking of sex or sweaty socks.

Unless they don't wear socks or have it off.

Changing the mattress last year was a good move for me, talk about being so snugged up in bed with clean sheets, a nice duvet top and soft pillows. I still miss those dirty blankets in Barrow though with the ex slapper. Not.

Was it like this?

I was awoken at 3.30am earlier in the week but the pisshead next door... Anyway, I was dripping wet and dribbling like a window licker. I guess the central heating coming on at 6am usually hides that?

"Night sweats". Nice.

I suffer from those every now and again for no apparent reason - touch wood not had 'em for months though. Wake up in the middle of the night absolutely drenched. Horrible.

Apparently my skin is really warm to the touch, uncomfortable so, whilst I sleep. But no sweating.

Not sure if it's just me, and does anyone have a clever reason why my skin is really hot during sleep.

Dunno, but I'm the same. My skin gets nuclear hot and apart from the odd night bouts of sweats I get, I tend not to sweat at all.
