I'm more than happy so far. Doesn't seem to love the sound of his own voice, has a progressive approach, sticks to his guns. He'll do for me!

I have to agree with this,I dont think Dougie is arrogant enough to think he knows it all and uses Lennie's experience to good effect.I also believe that was the downfall of Coyle,by not getting someone to say "Fuck off Owen you're talking shite" instead he surrounded himself with a bunch of sycophants.
