Sportspages on Barton Sq in Manc, used to spend ages browsing through footy books and fanzines, but the place sadly shut a few years ago.

I used to go there every few months. Always bought more than I intended, and looked at plenty more.

I knew it had been taken over, but when I 'went' there again it had disappeared. Even retraced my steps and approached from the other side, but a coffee shop was in its place. [internet sales are fine, but browsing is not so convenient.]

Centre isle of Lidl has lots of items I never knew I needed. Remote controlled barometers and wetsuits or even an electric frying pan can be owned for the good folk who have a sense of adventure.

King of the castle til you get home and think 'what the fook have I just bought?'
