It was shocking wasn’t it. Like I said fair play if you can get it but there's world champions who’ve had multiple defences against top quality opponents who have never made close to that. Madness.

Saw him training with Ricky Hatton in Brian Roses gym last year. His handspeed up close is ridiculous. 

Had no idea who he was at the time.

Certainly looks to have all the tools. I’ll reserve judgement until I’ve seen him taken the distance and taken on 1 or 2 gatekeepers like Joyce/Chisora.

I thought Price looked the real deal until he got his 1st spanking so will see before calling DDD the main man

From what we saw, DDD is miles better

But Gorman looked shite, which was nice

Manny Pacquaio does it again. The 40 year old senator from the Phillipines beat the previously undefeated Keith Thurman last night to take the WBA super welterweight title. We've seen great fighters who have won world titles at multiple weight classes before - Sugar Ray Leonard and Tommy Hearns spring to mind - but 8 different weight classes?  Wow. Massive respect to Manny who despite his success I still think is underrated.

As for Amir Khan getting a shot at him (as he prematurely announced earlier this week) - I'd be surprised if that ever happens. Surely a Thurman rematch is up next and Manny must be thinking of retirement before too long given that his fight is built around his speed of foot, fist and thought. I'd hate to see him go on for too long and he really has nothing left to prove.

Rugby league players love it....boost your cardio whilst keeping muscle.

Reading some tweets off pro Boxers last night who were all saying how poor the doping standards are. 1 pro was saying he was tested before and after every adult amateur fight yet he’s never once been tested as a pro and he’s now had 20 fights.

its been a bad week for boxing.

I'm a big fan of Whyte. The big 3 will fight anyone other than him because he will be trouble. But Whyte has gone down in my estimations with this news. He might as well hang up his gloves if this sticks.
