At least two people are thought to have died. Sounds like a group of cars were having a race and two seem to have to have collided, lost control and smashed all over the road and into passers-by.

Blackburn Rd is shit, but only due to volume of traffic in my experience.

 

St Helens Rd and Deane Rd are only a problem where the bus lanes are.
