After 17 games the table gives a fairly accurate representation of where we are at.

Whilst recent results have been better we have given ourselves so much to do given the dire start.

 

Only a systematic winning run will get us towards the play-offs.

 

That should be the minimum requirement for DF and BWFC this season.

 

Anything short of that is failure.

If you are please get your facts right - I posted after Bournemouth and Watford and was out of the country when we beat Millwall.

If we want to make the play-offs, we have to win an awful lot of the games left.

 

If we've given up on the play-offs, then a few defeats don't matter as long as we win enough to stay well clear of the bottom 3.

 

I'm in the latter group myself - we don't look anything like a promotion contender, despite recent improved results. But I'm looking for a big improvement in home performances and results from now to the end of the season. If we finish anywhere near the play-offs again, that'll be a bonus.

The start was that dire that we simply have to go on a winning run to get anywhere near the play-offs.

 

To have that winning run stopped, by what I consider to be a very poor team in 19th position is very disappointing.

FWIW, we have enough ability in our squad to get into the play-offs and I think we will.

For me it takes as long as it's needed to get it together,regarding our mini run yes you can only beat what's in front of you but it looks that we caught Bournemouth,millwall and watford a rights times. But no complaints from me there's obvious improvement
