From someone who watches L1 football at Shrewsbury week in, week out, anyone thinking L1 for Wanderers would be akin to a walk in the park, think again. The Wurzels probably thought the same last year when they fell through the trap door. They've only just climbed out the bottom four! To be replaced by.... Sheffield United. It's a bloody tough league, and when you're everybody's Cup Final (Wolves are finding that out) it's owt but straight forward. Survival in the Championship is a must - we don't have the support of the Southampton's, Norwich's Leicester's, Forest's, Wolves, Leeds and Citeh's of this world. They all dropped and came back better for it - we could go like Portsmouth with the perilous state of our finances

 

This with knobs on. League-1 will terrify this current squad - depending how many we choose (or are forced) to keep.

And 4-5-1 at home to Chesterfield and Fleetwood doesn't bear thinking about.

If we drop down to League One, we won't be coming back anytime soon.

At the moment thats a fair price if we return a poor haul of points from our next 5 games the odds will half, the next 4 games are critical if we dont post a healthy return of points the 12s will soon go.
