January 12, 201412 yr 1 thing I will say is that the 10 years to call it in means fuck all If it was a debt to a third party you could hold them to it but as he runs our club he is not going to hold himself to the ten years So if he or whoever inherits the club from him want to get as much dough out as possible then they could sell all the assets and cash out at the drop of a hat. Saying that they could anyway without the debt, which makes me wonder why have that clause in anyway? Unless they sell the debt maybe?
January 12, 201412 yr So if as Gartside is claiming the club in effect has no debt and is at zero regards bank balance, why isn't there any of the parachute money or gate receipts etc being released to DF for players.
