February 22, 201412 yr Got there on really cheap flights but had to go via Malaga. 6 Hours in Malaga airport bar with the sun on us while it was raining and snowing back home was a great way to start the trip. 6 hours on Malaga airport on the way back was somewhat less enjoyable. Saw some grim sights outside the stadium afterwards, medics did an absolutely shit job on my cousin's baton-split head with a staple gun. We played Blackburn on the Sunday after, remember seeing a fella on the platform at Bolton as we were all waiting for the train. His head was a mess, stapled from the back of his head all the way across to the front. Christ it looked bloody sore.

February 26, 201412 yr I paid €150 for a ticket off the hotel manager in Madrid. When I turned up to the ground I was in with all the Athletico supporters and was a tad concerned as I was mostly 2ft taller than all the people around me. 2 stewards were looking at me and I though I was going to get slung out, but to my surprise they came and got me and took me to where all our fans were. What a great day & night that was.
