September 3, 201411 yr no what's bollocks it that prem teams are allowed to hover up all the talent , and then loan them out to lower league team to help them out, years a go lot of these player would be at lower teams and if they made it those teams could sell them on How about the teams in the lower divisions who help to develop the player they take on loan get a small percentage of any future transfer fee by way of recompense?
