I think FFP is a rule that cannot be enforced and therefore it's a waste of time, don't think it would ever get passed a court if somebody challenged it which they will.

Do you think a club won't test this by losing more than allowed and then refusing to pay the fine, I'm sure it will happen and I'm sure that within a year or 2 this will be history. What they should do is allow every club to have the same budget and that would make football really interesting of course that'll never happen sadly.

Also this FFP really kills clubs recently relegated it double penalizes clubs who are already suffering on a massively reduced income, the amount clubs can lose after relegation before fines kick in should be bigger as long as the clubs owners can prove they can afford to subsidies the club.

Because the fines are peanuts to mega rich owners and they pay rather than having the hassle.
