Bechio has had a reputation of just wanting to pick his wages at Norwich, but in terms of a front man that mason and beckford could play off he is the best option of those I know about based on his time at Leeds.

Murray doesn't so much there's no upheaval for him and he's moving to a better team / manager than us.

 

But Becchio does annoy me - I think he would have been a good fit and surely we are a better proposition than Rotherham.

Just an observation. It's as good an interpretation of 'the plan' as any other, given the evidence of our own eyes. You need to be less sensitive, Cas.  :lol:

 

We're millions & millions in debt, haven't got a pot to piss in, watching dire losing football under an inexperienced manager, having no idea what ED/PG are up to with what we like to think of as 'our' lifetime club. Nothing there to moan about.

 

Anyway, after seeing an exciting FA Cup replay at Colls last night, I've just seen Rammy (4 defeats in 5 opening games) beat Marine 3-2 in an exciting NPL Prem game. "We don't go out not to lose, we go out to win it". Rammy manager in tonight's programme. And it shows in their approach to games. Nothing whatever to moan about.

think mears demonstrated last season he wasn't interested in playing football and just picking up a wage when he turned down moves to blackpool and millwall

 

he's probably earned enough in his career, possibly even just his bolton career, to not change this mindset - so unless something is offering him silly money to play, which they ain't, he's happy not to play

 

if / when he decides having a kick about once or twice a week is more important, he'll no doubt rock up league one or two
