Plenty of managers do media work. At least he's practicing his 'craft' doing some stuff on the field. Perhaps pick up one or two on the cheap as well.

I doubt whether Freedman is here or not for the first few days of the international break makes any difference really. But hardly good PR from the club when we're in the mire and fans are very unhappy to let the manager, the target of that unhappiness, go and do another job somewhere else for a few days. Doesn't exactly help calm the hordes....
