July 16, 201412 yr Been to Amsterdam about 15 times. Love the place. Red light District is great for bars and coffeeshops. Chilling by the canal with a beer you can't beat. Just walking round the place is an eye opener and when the district is all lit up and night it's a great night out.

As a more regular visitor, you've probably got it well nailed down. I've only been a couple of times and people I were with just wanted to do the coffee shops and whores. Perhaps I need to revisit with better company.

July 16, 201412 yr When I used to go,the best bit was the ferry,hull to Rotterdam 12 hr crossing,all you can eat buffet,casino, act on then disco and if you are lucky like I was knock back out of a German girl for the last few hours.happy days
