matty2094
After a while on red wine I've suddenly got a taste for Southern Comfort and Lemonade. Like a sweet shop in a glass as my old man used to say
exiledwhite2
G&T is a masterful drink when you're struggling after a load of lager, so refreshing. I've become a white wine - aholic, trouble is I can clear a bottle in 90 minutes without even realising. Gets you very drunk too.
no balls
This elderflower gin, anyone tried it? Is it worth purchasing? I like gin & sloe gin so presume so. You're not a gay if you admit to having supped it.

Youri McAnespie
I expect most who've been to Hungary have sampled Unicum, hurr hurr (that's what you probably did after you ordered a shot, or round of shots too)... There's a really good Tequila I forget the name of, but that's the last time I had a single drink that got me red-faced and tongue-tied - it were ace... I'll think again and have a look in Google. C86
Not usually a larger drinker, more of a bitter mon. But since moving to London every other bar sells Estrella. It's absolutely gorgeous. Oh yes and Super Bock of course

Smiffs
Gin and lemonade with ice is like pop. Hammered it last week on holiday. Brought home some licor 43 to add to the cocktail cabinet. Going to try it tonight with rum lime and something different like tizer.

Youri McAnespie
Was (Diageo) going for the pink pound rebranding Captain Morgan Rum with that ad campaign with 'the captain' portrayed as some kind of ring pirate, plying his merry men on the high seas with tots of his dodgy (possibly spiked with GBH) rum? There's that many rules and regulations regarding marketing alcohol, I don't know how they do it. I read a good article on Stella Artois getting tagged as the lager of choice of the dolescum yob and how Peroni nipped in to take it's market share, so I suppose it works. (I ain't gone out ). Youri McAnespie
'Kin ell, someone's got the knives out for Diageo for some reason and is using Wikipedia to sharpen them... I only had a look to see what other brands they have and half of their entry is detailing the bad press they've had - I thought Wikipedia had a policy of impartiality? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diageo
stevieb
Impartiality? Wiki is owt but. Open to 'vandalism' like nowt else. Dunno how businesses cope with it really!
