I'm going on holiday with KD in December

Just saying.

Do his employer know? I thought he was contracted to Preston until 30th June 2015 & there a fair few games in the calendar in December.

Didn't know he went in the ambulance with Fabrice too?

Top man

That's nowt.

I climbed over a barbed wire fence to find Tomski's football on Wednesday night. That's leadership for you.

Did he? I'd have thought the medics may have told him to get out of the way.

Any Bolton fan who slags Kevin Davies off is an utter wanker.

There seems to be more than the usual amount of crap on this thread.

He didn't, he went with Coyle in a marked police car, see page 142 of Muamba's autobiography.

You must slag him off constantly then.

Modern day legend of BWFC legacy tarnished by his own actions that at the time pissed me right off less so now and continuing that way with the passage of time

This.

SKD was a great player for us but SJM was a hero & was ( & still is) one of us.

Kd is a top pro and a decent family man.

I feel privelidged to have experienced being in his company in both settings.

His time ended on a sour note at Bwfc. Partly from the club, partly from him and partly from his misus.

He should be remembered for the great he did!

Fucking Goodison park   : :lol::

Worst ground in the country is Everton

They are all arseholes watching them as well

People have short memories - he always put in 100% and nobody should have a bad word for him

Wasn't his fault crap managers played him too long after his best

This.

He's up there with the best of them for BWFC for me. A huge part of our glory years.

Well, the fact that he went public moaning about not getting a new deal here suggests he was also responsible for believing he was still at his best too. His arrival as a bit part PNE player bore that out.

Nothing against him personally, but his exit strategy did no one any favours.

I fully understand where you are coming from but many of us dont notice when we start to deteriorate; we always think we can still compete - a good manager would have dealt with it and moved him on when we were still premier league. The last four managers have been dire and its not just Kev Davies that has been managed badly
