The 2 goals were poor just had a look the first there was no pressure on the midfielder who pump it over the top that one ball took out our centre halfs who ere too high up the pitch for some reason and the keeper rooted to the line leaving a massive gap between keeper and centre halfs a catalogue of errors, the second Dervite comes for the header in the left back position Moxey was nearby he should have took the header and Dervite should of dropped more central and a bit deeper, the defence was all pulled to the left symptomatic of no one organising/talking I expect Mjallby will soon sort that out, very disappointing from experienced defenders and the 2 centre halfs woeful for both goals.

I was in the home end last night and agree with the positive comments, we've not looked so confident in possession for a long time. Balls were to feet rather than aimless lumps forwards and there was a good tempo to our build up play. Still missing the composure infront of goal, in the 2nd half Beckford, Clayton and Pratley all had good chances but failed to test the keeper. Maybe Lennon will give Mason his chance? I think he will link up better with Lee, Mavies and Danns.

 

You can't blame lonerghan for the goals when he's left exposed like that. Thought Pratley was poor, too slow and clumsy to play on the left.

It looked like he was just keeping his anger under control, but again spoke a lot of sense, didn't suger coat it just told as it was 

With an away gate of 500 ish and 300 had tickets. Why did they make the pay on the door exactly that instead buy ticket from shed in a queie then queue up again at the turnstile to get in the ground.

We made chances, looked more positive going forward and at two down didn't implode Last month that two down would have gone to three and maybe more. Looking at the highlights one time their keeper spilled the ball Beckford wasn't there. Next time keeper held on to it and Beckford was there.

last train to wigan was at 9.30pm unfortunatly

 

Euston to Picc was 3hr 7 mins. Left ground at FT Charlton to London Bridge (20mins) then Northern Line to Euston about 15mins
