Are people saying he was innocent or that he was guilty but has served his time so should be allowed to get on with his life, or is it both ? To be clear if he ever gets the conviction over turned the whole thing changes, until then he is a convicted rapist. January 9, 201511 yr If a girl is drunk but says yes to sex or asks to be munched out at what point does the responsibilty for it taking place pass to a drunk lad who should then decide whether to take up her offer or decide she is too intoxicated to consent and put her request down to just being intoxicated?? Why when he was heading to a police station in a taxi before this happened did he divert to the hotel when his mate sent a text ?

All I can see he's saying is there cases in football when what the law has said has since been proved incorrect. Using a football reference seemed logical seeing as he's the head if the PFA.Taylor is a mumbling idiot. And a ridiculously well paid one at that However, and I don't always agree on this point, the way the Hillsborough mob jumped on this really pissed me off. As if the head of the PFA was specifically attempting to liken the victims of that disaster to a convicted racist....his angle was relatively clear regarding situations "in football"
January 10, 201511 yr So why was only one of them convicted? I meant snaring a young drunk girl and going two's up on her in a pre-booked hotel. All sounds like a perfectly executed plan to me. Only this time it went tits up because the lass lost her handbag and was that steaming she pissed the bed and couldn't remember a thing. She actively went back to the hotel with the first bloke,and IMO and probably the jury knew what she was going back for. She was in controll. The fact Evans diverted his cab after a text saying "got a bird" and then legged it out of a fire escape after giving her one was beyond the lasses control. That's my thinking anyway.
