Let's forget all this plasterer / mechanic nonsense, he's a high profile footballer and as such, a role model and someone who deals with the wider public on a constant basis. He isn't working in a sma

woke up and pissed the bed the slut

NOT GUILTY

Are you reading the same thing??

"The tests also revealed traces of cocaine and cannabis. The evidence was consistent with cocaine and cannabis having been ingested some days earlier."

If she wasnt 'that pissed' why was she stumbling around the kebab shop and falling over?

These lads knew exactly what they were doing.

She didn't look that pissed when she got out of the cab and walked into the hotel.

The court was in Carnarvon. A jury in Chester, Liverpool or Manchester would probably have had a different view of life and may, or may not, have given a different verdict.

(Tough)

A jury heard all the evidence not tit bits and he was found guilty.

Are people saying he was innocent or that he was guilty but has served his time so should be allowed to get on with his life, or is it both ?

To be clear if he ever gets the conviction over turned the whole thing changes, until then he is a convicted rapist.

Can anyone name any single job where a sex offender would just back into the same job they had before raping someone ?

He is a rapist he is not the victim.

He is convicted rapist, nothing else is relevant.

Agreed - and Ken Dodd is not a tax evader (as 12 scousers so decided).

Very similar cases.

Everyone that night made some bad choices which contributed to what happened so in that sense I think Evans has been harshly treated if what he's says is true he's been wrongly convicted if every pissed lad who has sex with a pissed girl who says in effect "yes do me" is to be convicted of rape then the prisons will be filling up right or wrong it just doesn't happen the balance on consensual sex between men and women strikes me as wrong - the prosecution are implieing some sort of premeditation also which seems iffy and the mob rule stuff now is just a symptom of our 21st century society Evans has been a silly silly boy but violent premeditated sexual predator rapist I'm not so sure

If a girl is drunk but says yes to sex or asks to be munched out at what point does the responsibilty for it taking place pass to a drunk lad who should then decide whether to take up her offer or decide she is too intoxicated to consent and put her request down to just being intoxicated?? The decent thing to do would be to say you're pissed love here's my number call me when you're sober how can a black and White law deal with this?

Edited by onlyoneawalker

And finally......if a drunk girl asks me to have sex with her and I do the decent thing and say you're drunk can I then prosecute her for trying to insight me to commit a crime?

And what if anything he says is not true ?

And how can a pissed up male make decisions like this where a pissed up girl can't?

I'm going to get written permission from now on.

I'm going to get written permission from now on.

just film it on you phone

And what if anything he says is not true ?

Fair point but the jury cannot have proved she did or didn't say yes

What is so hard to believe a bloke called Evans from a Manchester Football club is guilty?

Fair point but the jury cannot have proved she did or didn't say yes

The jury have to prove something ?

Why did he leave the hotel via a fire escape ?

Why when he was heading to a police station in a taxi before this happened did he divert to the hotel when his mate sent a text ?

Just seems a really odd conviction. She can't remember having sex with either of them, and lacked the capacity to consent, but only one of them gets convicted of rape?

So why was only one of them convicted?

Ask the jury they heard all the evidence.

You are best getting your mates to film it as the she may be a little funny about you pulling a camera out

They're worse than Muslims in being offended by anything & everything. All I can see he's saying is there cases in football when what the law has said has since been proved incorrect. Using a football reference seemed logical seeing as he's the head if the PFA.

Taylor is a mumbling idiot. And a ridiculously well paid one at that

However, and I don't always agree on this point, the way the Hillsborough mob jumped on this really pissed me off.

As if the head of the PFA was specifically attempting to liken the victims of that disaster to a convicted racist....his angle was relatively clear regarding situations "in football"

So why was only one of them convicted?

I meant snaring a young drunk girl and going two's up on her in a pre-booked hotel. All sounds like a perfectly executed plan to me.

Only this time it went tits up because the lass lost her handbag and was that steaming she pissed the bed and couldn't remember a thing.

She actively went back to the hotel with the first bloke, and IMO and probably the jury knew what she was going back for. She was in controll.

The fact Evans diverted his cab after a text saying "got a bird" and then legged it out of a fire escape after giving her one was beyond the lasses control.

That's my thinking anyway.

North West Breakfast or whatever it's called need a Hillsborough story 4 times a week. Gordon was just making sure they hit the targets.
