Just hope that anyone issuing death threats is found, convicted and serves the appropriate sentence. Then see what it does for their career. No fan of evans, but the hypocracy being shown is astounding

My mate involved with the Northern Premier noticed that Hibernians of Malta are financed by Stephen Vaughan, formerly involved in the deise of both Barrow and Chester City. He went to Malta when he finished his jail term, and Hibernians is his third club there ... in three years.

As Hibernians are 15 points clear in the league they hardly need a new striker. Vaughan isn't noted for altruism in football, so maybe he wanted to give him an 18 month contract and sell him back at a healthy profit in the summer?

If you want an opinion, I think he probably deserves a second chance if he is generally sorry and perhaps does a bit of something in the community in the meantime (criminal checks permitting). Or he could just marry the money and open a bar.
