Their keeper will be rewiring your house on Monday you mad cunt. Simmmer down I love Evatt and his passion etc but do think with a bit more experience he might calm down a touch and even watch the odd half from the stands.

As in supporters. Edited July 2, 20224 yr by tomski

I think that's summed up what I think about friendlies. When I go to a match, I want to celebrate a goal like it means something. If its a friendly its so out of place, especially if its against electricians and plumbers. Sport has to mean something, otherwise its a training session. I celebrated winning shots by Tsitsipas v Kyrgios and wickets by England v India more today than I would have done a goal v Chorley. There's 9 months of it meaning something to come and I can't wait, but that's for next month onwards. For now its tennis, cricket, golf (I draw the line at F1).

Not much of a surprise - it’s a proper shithole round there, in a country that is struggling financially. Went on a stadium tour there a few years back, although didn’t get to see a live game at the Bombonera (I saw the Super Classico, at River’s stadium - mental).

House prices don't necessarily reflect wages though, especially in London. Absolutely abhorrent prices those. Especially with prem money from other sources.
