I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

I wouldn't quite go that far, but certainly look at using squad players.

If they keep winning, then fine.

A pity we're a couple of centre halves down.

Pitch invasion and protest by home fans.

Not fighting type trouble.

And Stevenage winning

I would

yes rotation works to a certain extent but it will be the key players required to play catch up games, the amount of games already in hand plus potential more could be the difference between auto & play offs for me

Indeed- when I say squad players, I mean the likes of Matheson, Ashworth, maybe Khumbeni. Jerome to start against Luton too.

Perhaps one or two of the kids who have been on the bench in the pizza cup also on the bench.

Pompey have fucked it, they’ll be in the play off hunt but I don’t think they’ll be after automatics come the end of the season. I’m also not sure on Peterborough but they keep winning - Derby are the ones!

Games now worryingly piling up. Amazing that Portsmouth have now played 3 games more than us. If Derby win on Monday night we are down to fourth because of all these cup matches. Bit of a minefield for Ian to manoeuvre.

This.

If we don’t then the backlog  will surely catch up on us.

Pompeys botty has gone. All ours for the taking.

Derby and Peterborough are real threats. Oxford, Barnsley and Stevenage can’t be ruled out

Personally Stevenage & Oxford will fizzle out, certainly not impressed with Oxford

Yep, Derby and Barnsley for me.

At least we’ve still got the window open whilst all this is becoming known. If we feel it’s going to stretch the current squad then let’s get some numbers in - even just loans to see out the end of the season.

Obviously Derby and Peterborough have been on good runs. The latter winning at the former recently.

Pompey can't be ruled out yet.

Thought results were going to be good for us, until those late goals.

Orient will be up for it next week, it will be tough.

It would appear De Bruyne has returned

We won’t have a better chance to go up.

We seem to do really well when we don’t play too

Not half.

Just want us to actually get to top spot, or second of course, and then get a few points clear before the difficult February.
