November 25, 201411 yr I lost my blackpool tickets. Rang the club, they arrnaged duplicates to collect at Blackpool, they tunred up and we got in fine. The club also sent me an email so i had a record in case on any issues. I was fuming that i had nothing to complain about. Although I did step in some dogshit outside the ground so can i blame the ticket office for that. I know people from ticket office might come on here, so if they do....thanks great job !!!
January 13, 201511 yr i pay for 2 season tickets direct debit , december i get a letter saying the d/d hadnt gone through, i knew it had as i,d seen it on my statement, 2 fone calls and had to take my bank statement in and then had to chase up again, low and behold they had a problem with there banking system. all sorted. until yesterday, receive another letter saying januarys hasnt gone through - still awaiting return call . mr angry bolton.

That's why you can't have the Liverpool tickets, because you're behind on your ST payments.

February 5, 201511 yr We were in a bit of a quandry last night in ESL because an old bloke and 3 kids claimed to have renewed their season tickets for the match. They had a e-print out of their tickets which had no seating location on but showed their S/T's. Turns out of the 8 tickets we booked, 4 were in the same seats. Stewards didn't really do anything about it (not sure what they could have done), but we ended up 8 stood in 4 spaces. Seemed like a fuck up from the ticket office, but will have to see where my mate gets to when he rings up really. We certainly had the tickets for those seats on the night having moved from our usual seats.

February 5, 201511 yr Am I right in thinking the turnstiles at the etihad are operator free? I believe they have stewards monitoring them, with coloured lights indicating a child/adult ticket.
