Steven Gerrard and Stan Collymore's performances against Bolton were the best two I've ever seen.

 

Must say though, I felt honoured when I saw Gullit stride onto the Burnden turf.

He hated playing to the reebok and never had a good game (his own admission). He wanted to know why it was aways so windy & cold.

Henry is the best player the prem has ever seen in my opinion.

 

I used to genuinely look forward to watching him play whether at the Reebok or just on tele.

Best player in all competitions I've seen was Ribery playing for Munich but I was a little tipsy. Best I've seen against us in the league was Fabregas

Henry was an amazing player. Another worth a note who was always a joy to watch was Gianfranco Zola.

fairly sure that was when some scum from the London based press accused wanderers fans of racially abusing him-was actually the opposite he got a great reception, was their early and can remember being surprised by the level of applause he got in the warm up

Not the best to play against us but for effectiveness it has to be Robbie Fowler, got sick to death of him netting against us.

I don't know anybody who heard those chants, the reception he got when he came on was incredible for someone who no connections to the club.

hard call when people say best ever striker,Henry top draw without a doubt but for me preferred shearer,fowler and nistlerooy.
