Enjoyed that thought feeney and janko were tireless and constantly took it to their full backs some muppets having a go at feeney near us saying he doesn't run - what!!! sometimes his delivery doesn't

  • Bannon has a wand of a left peg   Him and Danns both too deep together at times   Also he passes the ball and threw stands still too often - very much like John Sheridan used to   He did well o

  • Aye, must admit its nice when the hardcore get a reward for their efforts

Really pleased with Bannan. He reminds me of a decent jay spearing.

Good second half, that Janco can play again.

Roll on Watford - up the football league we go.

I was in the Bannon is shit camp

Then I watched that second half

Ran the game - cracking performance

Need him to do it with somebody in his face but if he can keep doing that we got the better of the Lee deal

Went in the hotel after the game had a word with Bannans mum and dad told them he should sign for us and he could become a Bolton legend his dad just said he wants game time. You can't miss his dad wears a Celtic scarf all the time.

He's excellent with the ball bit of work to do on hIm when he's not got the ball.

Boooo

Bannans Dad out

He did well overall tonight though

Feeney for all his faults never ever stops wanting the ball and keeps taking his man on. Yes his delivery is limited but he's a brave lad and fair play to him tonight. Worked his socks off

As did Alfie

Couple of important saved by Lonergan and I thought Ream was very good too

As said by someone else; that was a great managerial performance. The switch to 4-4-2 appeared to make great difference

For the umpteenth time; we'd have lost that under Dougie :D

Happy days

Don't think you can help it whichever side of the Glasgow divide your on its from birth, wouldn't hold it against anyone myself.

Good comparison the one with Sheridan however Sheridan was tough little bugger not so sure about Bannan in that department.

If we'd of lost we would of been 4 points of the relegation zone

Maybe its not unreasonable to ask him wtf he was doing starting with that unfathomable formation

It was utter bollocks and hardly a masterstroke in ripping it up

The clever bit wasn't going to 442 - I don't think we ever actually did

Vela never actually dropped as deep as the other three and the change worked a treat

Lenny has a Bolton-Celtic half and half scarf. Fact.

The lad earned his corn tonight. Thought we were in for a drubbing after the first 30 mins. He worked wonders to coax that second half out of his bunch of waifs, strays and patched up players. NLSWA.

All 211 that I counted

I wouldn't have gone there on a Tuesday night I'll be honest. That there London and its surrounding environs draw folk from all over for work so we usually get a few for London games, I'm not sure how many of theirs live round here, not many I suppose so fair play to those that bothered

That's what proper managers do and make no mistake were lucky to have him, less than 13,000 there to admire it. Pretty poor crowd but those who went along your the heartbeat of BWFC and I salute you all.

Maybe not but it's something that Dougie seemed incapable of doing.

And?

Lennon is obviously a very promising manager

It doesn't mean he never gets owt wrong and that formation looked wrong from the very start

And?

...and i don't remember it concerning you much back then.

I reckon my prediction that Fulham will go up might not come off.

It was crap crowd night in the Championship tonight. Only Ipswich, Cardiff and Reading had decent turnouts and i would imagine Wednesday and Leeds probably took a few to Ipswich and Reading.

Owen, go to bed

The attendance was piss poor and telling us other crowds were piss poor makes it no better

I bet Lennon looked round and thought 'its OK cos tonight is a shit crowd night'

Agree it was a bad decision to start that way but he did make quite a clear change to 4-4-2 and not for the first time.

Vela didn't necessarily stick to it; take his position in the lead up to the Janko goal, but at every re-set of play he was sat directly behind Janko; before the change he was in front of Danns with Bannan. I think you're just arguing for the sake of it

And one poor fcuker kicked out

When they scored one lad over did his celebration!!! How do you over do a celebration?

There was a bloke on front row of wsl giving Fulham fans the bird all through the match. Stewards had words so he encouraged his child to take over where he'd left off. What was that all about?

also Blackburn,Birmingham and charlton had better crowds but 2 of those had offers on

I'm not

We agree it was a very odd set up to begin

My point was it was more clever than just 442

Vela was never as deep as ream but it was a distinct change from whatever we started with which looked like 3132

Blackburn are pushing for play-offs and Rotherham would have taken considerably more than Fulham...and still they only got a few hundred more. We'll still be the best supported Lancashire team in this league come the end of the season. (And Burnley's home support isn't all that much more than ours).
