February 23, 201511 yr Love going to away games with just a few Bolton on, even sweeter if you get a result. Sadly though not going tomorrow.
February 23, 201511 yr Best one Ive been at like that was that 2-1 at Everton in the relegation season, sparse away end and wild weather. Fair play to anyone going tomorrow. My bank balance is still writhing around in pain after Nottingham
February 24, 201511 yr Another thing to remember is that we can only select five loans in the squad. If Mcnaughton comes in someone out of Bannan, Le Fondre, Slavchec, Amos and Janko has to drop out.

February 24, 201511 yr casino's team with bannon in the middle. That's five loanees Yep. But Slavchev couldn't be involved then and he is pretty much our only midfield cover, unless Trotter is fit.
February 24, 201511 yr What about twatstick, or is he injured too? Yes, but should be fit for tonight.
February 24, 201511 yr I wouldn't put twatstick anywhere near the first team after that display on Saturday.
February 24, 201511 yr Author I wouldn't put twatstick anywhere near the first team after that display on Saturday. tbf to him, he was played well out of position I will judge him on his natural position

February 24, 201511 yr How many injured first teamers do we actually have? I've lost count.... This is fucking ridiculous
February 24, 201511 yr Not sure we would get a result tonight even with a full strength squad. So a point would be an incredible bonus but unlikely on current form. I would be happy with a gutsy performance against a top side. On McNaughton, he should be in at right back but when did he last play 90mins? He is far from rapid when fully fit so I expect to see Vela filling in again. Next season I would love to see us start with a proper right-back and a proper left-back. It's one of the reasons the team have struggled for far too long. They are specialist positions so any team is asking for trouble filling in with centre backs/midfielders game after game. Best of luck to everyone travelling to the game tonight. Remember your layers!
February 24, 201511 yr How many injured first teamers do we actually have? I've lost count.... This is fucking ridiculous it's a few, but for me up until Sat it wasn't or shouldn't have been an issue the back 5 was pretty much picking itself and there was no one injured who'd walk straight back in we had options in midfield, the only player we were really missing is Pratley - MDavies and Clayton are injured but may not necessarily get back in ahead of Clough or Janko I suppose the arguement could be having to play loan signings disrupts your plans/flow - but likewise up front I'm not sure CDavies would be picked ahead of Le Fondre
February 24, 201511 yr I wouldn't put twatstick anywhere near the first team after that display on Saturday. He got 4/10 in my paper :-(
February 24, 201511 yr aye, craig davies is an interesting problem ive no doubt he'd give us something we haven't got, but le fondre gives us goals im not sure clough fits in a 4-4-2...not as one of the 4, anyway
