It matters not what my house is worth, I've no intention of moving. I'll have the harvester vouchers though

The protests I saw round these parts were led by farmers, land owners and the residents that would be affected in the proposed areas.

Not an unwashed tree hugger in sight.

Like I say, imagine it in your area.

If you get the chance have a drive through Roseacre and Ribblesdale and imagine a fracking plant being put in the middle of it.

Bloody hell off on a bit of tangent there pal.

You'd have one under your house tomorrow?? I'd say if it came down to it and where you lived was about to smashed to pieces and quiet roads turned into HGV freeways then I'd say you might change your tune.

Have a closer look at the damage it's caused in US.

like i aid Gonzo, over blown hysterics, i've been looking closely and its nowt like that. its just the sandal wearers that pick on the odd one that has an issue, then they  film start ups which i agree gets messy. Many builders on here will testify the roads get muddy, the traffic gets heavy and it get noisy when they decide to build another housing estate next to yours, But when its built, it quietens down, but you still have next door neighbours. Shit happens.!

Yes slight damage magnified 1000 x by the constant self haters and professional agitators but the rest of 99.99% of americans are now well out of the recession because of vastly cheaper energy prices and end to the ongoing reliance on our Arab friends.

The meat is generic and it's often prone to attack from toothless, nobless West Country inbred simpletons, other than that you can have them, send an SAE and I'll pop them in the post, Gonk c/o The House That I'm Never Moving From, 12 Sinkhole Road, Creakyton, Lancashire.

So we're saying that Horwich is gold rush country?

I'm sure we'll cope.

Just need a couple more Michelin star restaurants.

Wind is fucking shite. The guardianistas would quote uk figures to you of

up to 20%  from total renewables contribution but  take away the subsidies and its appalling.

I'd sooner have the fracking than the great unwashed mob descending on the town protesting 'on my behalf'

Plenty of groups already popping up on social media. The Htown anti fracking one on face meither appears to have been started by a bloke from Burnley who also wants to occupy the Tory conference. QED.

They can fuck off for a start.

I don't see them blocking junctions with their fetid beards when the council are approving planning permission for 19394726289 houses on the Loco Works.

I've seen a number of comments on the internet today stating we deserve it for voting in a Tory for Bolton West. Nice.

Which flies directly in the face of their ill informed ramblings about fracking companies avoiding Tory areas.

Will we get cheaper energy? Will we fuck.

Has it the potential to put a blot on our landscape? Yes.

Tell 'em to get fucked, the yanks let one marry your thirteen year old cousin and executes the retarded, why should we take our cues from them?

edit: And that's a rhetorical question. 'Roots' (yes, that 'Roots') is on in ten minutes, it's the one where Kunta Kinte gets to choose between having his nob cut off or half of his foot - True Entertainment, Channel 61 on PoshOView (freeview) dunno what it is on Peasantscope (subscription telly).

And with no irony calling you a fascist for using your democratic right to vote differently to them.

Start fracking when all those run out :)

We will have been eaten by a super massive black hole by then anyway.

Ha ha! Where abouts? The last thing I'd want near my lady garden is Little Whit

I'm thinking of the rental potential of all the houses when it becomes gold rush town! It's all about the profits, especially when I'm planning of moving away anyway :)

All about nuclear! Plenty of good folk to save the world

reminds me of this clip from gasland where the bloke sets his tap water on fire.

Moving away from HTown NB? You coming over the boarder to idyllic Aggy? :D
