frank_spencer Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Surely even Rodgers cant win this Quote
frank_spencer Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Nope he can't. loving the Panthers duh duh duhh-ing along to Sweet Caroline Quote
maaarsh Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Far closer than it should have been due to woeful defense, but Foles just went out and won that game for the Eagles, 4 TD, 116 QB rating. Win 1 of the last 2 games and that's the number 1 seed sorted. Quote
Escobarp Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Eagles won’t win the Super Bowl with foles at QB. I honestly cannot see it happening. Quote
frank_spencer Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Rams making fools of the seagulls. I had picked um to win in a prediction league but was expecting a close one Quote
Escobarp Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Rams are very good. Better than most are giving credit for. They are a huge threat. Gurley is a beast Quote

Gurley is a beast As a georgia fan i was privileged to watch his college career he was a fantastic player. Nick Chubb could be just as good from next years draft. Also Fuck You Brady!!! get in there Vincenzo! Quote
frank_spencer Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Gronk is unstoppable at times. utter beast of a player. Quote

frank_spencer Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 See my edit mate saying exactly thatAye caused a fair bit of controversy has that one. AFC Championship game at Gillette looks possible. Quote
bolty58 Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Aye, or if I'm down in Oz to see my eldest Well we can forget my idea. The cheese head can go back on my lads bookcase for now. If you're in Perth I will introduce you to the concept of $17 pints (the robbing bastards - won't be long before pubs start closing here too and supermarkets become the major booze outlets). Definitely a season of what might have been had Rodgers stayed fit. Hope they rest him now and let Hundley see out the season - just put it down to shit luck and hope for better next season.. I'd resigned myself some weeks ago to the fact that Wisconsin's only hope of glory this year was the Badgers so am looking forward to the Orange Bowl on New Years Eve. Should be a great game against the Canes. Quote

See you at Gillette in the champ game The Noraid collectors did well again. Seem to be destined to win (by whatever means - fair or foul). Can only hope that someone knocks them off. For most NFL fans I think it's become a case of 'anyone but the Pats'. Quote
bolty58 Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Panthers up for sale now. One thing I dislike about the NFL. Some new owner can just uproot them and suddenly they're the East Buttfuck Panthers or whatever. Other than the mighty Packers, is there any other club in the NFL where this would be completely impossible? Quote

It’s not quite what you’re getting at, I know, but I’d not fancy their chances of moving the Eagles out of Philly. Quote

I know mate - I was referring just to the possibility. Steelers out of Pittsburgh would be another near impossibility but technically possible. Packers can't go anywhere the way their shares are distributed. Some real controversial moments today with the 'non-TD' for the Steelers and then the cigarette paper measurement giving the Cowboys a first down. Always plenty to discuss and I am glad they now allow the celebrations again. Quote

I’m still a novice to the going’s on with NFL What do you mean by ‘shares’ and how do they influence franchises moving from A to B Assume you mean ownership? Zico Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 be little point in relocating the bills if they wanted to keep either the team name or logo, but suspect they'd still do it if they really wanted to Quote

Most teams are owned by a couple of rich fuckers, whereas Green Bay is ‘owned’ by 300,000+ shareholders. IIRC the majority of the other shareholders are Yinzers too. Couldn't see the cowboys moving too far from Dallas either (although they dont strictly play in Dallas) The Florida teams are prime candidates for moving as no fucker goes to watch them Quote
