Be 2nd biggest club behind Sheffield in that league

If that's based on crowds we'd be behind Bradford as well!

its based on club size

its based on club size

What's that based on though?

If it's not potential crowd sizes Sheff utd ain't bigger than us

sorry I thought they won more major honours than us, not the case just checked

If we are going into liquidation then I'm looking forward to the local derbys away at charnock Richard and euxton villa

Jeeeez

Forgot about the Leyland DAF

We must be due some Phil Neal-era attendances.

Indeed, sub 5000 crowds for some of them games I reckon

They've won the FA Cup the same amount of times as us, and also won the top division, so that puts them ahead of us in the list of major honours.....just

Do they still do an away season ticket?

Fucking the home games off and doing aways sounds good.

That were 2 centuries ago

They all count like

But Burnley have 2

Both well ahead of us in the all time table

Reckon both would claim to be bigger than us though I'd disagree

I hate these discussions so not sure why I'm going on about it

Bury might be bigger than us come tomorrow night.

=@

It's always better to ask a neutral.

Bury hold an FA Cup record that will take some beating.

Stoke came close.

I can see Rochdale away being a very good day out.

Might be able to add Accy into that list.

Want one of Oldham or Blackpool to stay up at the very least. Only daft journeys would potentially be Plymouth, Gillingham and Southend.

Shudder at the thought of playing Accrington Stanley in a league game though.

Plymouth is a good night out round the Barbican

Stoke came close.

Not in a final.

New grounds

Rochdale

Scunthorpe

Chesterfield

Fleetwood

Northampton

Not the end of the world

ive seen us play at all them

ive seen us play at all them

Us owd cnuts generally have, new territory for some though. Next generation of owd cnuts in the making next season or so ;-)

A few new ones for me

More concerned about finding enough excuses to skip home games next season

What do we think our average home gates would be in league 1?

I'm thinking 12k

Not sure if that would even have us in the top three

I'd say 10k, plus with all the negativity it could be lower

all depends on prices, see Bradford shifted 18k season tickets at £150 for an adult.

Would imagine some decent visiting numbers to us, I would think not much change to this season tbh

Looking at more or less next seasons new grounds, Cov, Scunny  & Walsall would be a first for me.Went the old grounds when I was a young cunt.

Would only expect Bradford, Sheff Utd, Wigan (if they stay down) and Bury to bring four figures with them. Maybe Oldham at a push. An average gate of 10,000 would be a success in my book.
