Dunno I'm quite fond of my dyson v8 animal thingy.

Although it running out of charge after about 10 minutes does my head in.

Ours weighs an absolute tonne - one of those yellow drag along the floor bollocks. Leaves as much as it picks up.

Just got a GTECH cordless thing - charge lasts 40 mins. Pisses all over the Dyson.

And his hand dryers? WTF are they all about? I don't know if I have supper craggy hands or somthing but they just don't dry my hands Stand there for 5 minutes and end up drying them on your jeans anyway

The hand dryers are utter shit, if you look at the floor under them, it's always pissed wet through, as all it does is blow the water off your hands and onto the floor

Plus they are a terrifying glimpse into the future as they show you what your hands will look like when you're in your 80's.

Absolute shite they are. Might as well lick the floor clean.

Survey any office cleaner and they will prefer a Henry type thing, Dyson is style over substance.

Women's work, anyway, you fucking gaylords.

Henry Hoovers are the bollocks, made by Numatic (another of my customers  :D ) - and another example of a fine British designed and made product

edit: and before somebody pipes up, I'm aware that Hoover is a seperate brand, and that they are in fact Henry Vacuum Cleaners

Regarding Hoovers I have had to take a hands on approach regarding the purchasing as every time I get one the missus decides after 5 minutes she does not like it  we have had 3 hoovers in the last 18 months therefore I decided to do some hard research and came up with 2 options I then drove the wife to the shop to road test them, any how the upshot is I am now an expert on Hoovers and the choice was the Shark Hoover, obviously I do not use it myself but the wife's now happy.  Bit of an Underpants style boring post but felt I had to share it. :)

Did you ever clean and replace any of the filters?

Did ours recently and the thing is lifting the carpet again.

I don't even think we have one anymore, the cleaner brings her own around  :good:

Same, dc75, lost a bit of suction, cleaned inside and it would suck up the dead from Fred west's garden now.

Hanging how much shit having a 3 year old makes.

Fucking hell.

Aye, we've got an immortal degu that's worse than rampton inmate. Kicks its bedding and shit out of its cage incessantly. Forever cleaning up after the bastard. Washed filters and replace a HEPA one, bobs your uncle.

Women's work, anyway, you fucking gaylords.

I'm moaning on behalf of the domestic staff, you understand.

Aye, did all that, it's still shit.

Has anyone got a G-Tech Air Ram?

Yep - we collect fecking hoovers in our house.

Probably last bought a hoover thirteen years ago, need a hoover? Ask around, someone will usually give you one (ooer)...

Someone gave me a Zanussi one, does the job perfectly, goes through a drive belt probably every twenty goes - they're about 50p and I'm a scruffy cunt carpet wise, so that's about £1.50 a year.

You know vacuum cleaners? Surely they either pick up the bits off your carpet or they don't? Once you've found one that does pick up all the bits off your carpet - I'm struggling to think how a different brand could be any better?

You're applying man logic to essentially a woman item...

Watch adverts aimed at women - disinfectants, shampoos, moisturizers, vacuum cleaners etc. they're absolutely jam packed with bollocks statements, bullshit ingredients, made up jargon and pseudo-scientific claims

Why the fuck anyone would give a flying fuck how the dust and shit ends up in the bin I dunno...

Perhaps the binmen will leave you a Christmas box for leaving them thoughtful little 'bales' of shit all year.

Over engineering a problem, someone told me they're about three hundred quid the G-Tech things.

Gullible as fook imo.

Are you trying to me that Stephen Hawking wasn't working on the 'how many women say that Pantene gives them more rebelliously shiny hair' problem?

Factory was next to my school

Still don't know what they did

They make air compressors and tools, I think.

Boswellox

Can people stop keep saying Hoover instead of vacuum cleaner please. Hoover is a brand.
