Thanks

Shitfan

Pulling madines shirt

Poss spearing gets a played well based on second half

Clayton looked OK, but the goal was very cool

Nowt much other than the fcuking whistle

And I didn't hear anybody boo them off but if Clayton hits the post it would've been Rochdale esque

There was a collective moan of disbelief in Spoons when Trotters name was seen on our twitter feed.   Lazy and talentless.   Needs to go and quickly.   No way back for him.

  • Ill go as your son!

Come on folks get your arses down to this

Thank you Dave and Cas

Just seen the goals, class finish from Clayton. I honestly believe he's a very good player and as long as we ease him back in, he will be a real asset at the business end of the season

Great turnout today @ 1750 in an 8500 crowd

Thank you Dave and Cas

Cas and Dave

They Rabbit on a bit, though

Great turnout today @ 1750 in an 8500 crowd

They announced 10k plus in the ground, didnt think it sounded right.

That first half was as poor ive seen this season. Glad we escaped with a point.

Two injury time celebrations in 3 days, great stuff :)

Just watched the highlights on Sky. The run by the ginger guy for their second was bloody amazing. The Bolton midfield then defence seemed to just let him run.

The guy at the side of me kept shouting "Don't tackle. Don't jump in. Don't foul"

I was shouting "Hit the ginger fucker!"

I reckon a foul early on in the run would have won us the game. Or even a fucking tackle.

Pleased for Clayton took his goal well and hopefully a kick up the arse for Clough starting on the bench.

Let's hope the 2 injury time goals this week get us over the line in April.

There's some angry, angry men that follow us. Not sure if the fella behind me could have been more angry if he came home to find his missus getting pumped by his best mate. Uncalled for fury from the man!

I've got shredded shins

Also ameobi can fuck off luxury can do with out tbh

4 hour bastard of a journey down, would probably have been quicker staying on the motorway, but got there just on time, had to sacrifice my Harry Ramsden dinner at Corley sevices though.

Slipped on ice on the way in and dislocated my ankle, but snapped back(proper sore now)

First half was bobbins, but the booing of Trotter was embarrassing. Derik should not play full back again. Spearing was immense in the second half but we still huffed and puffed. Ameobi was our best outlet but gave away some vital possession a couple of times. Great celebrations at the end (strangers hugging each other and all that malarkey) Team was cheered off.

Balti Pie at half time was good, and I like that ground too. Said I'd take a point from today so not too unhappy. We need to keep Sammi though.

i was angry today , we were shit again,

if we want to go up you have to beat the teams at the bottom of the league, they are there for a reason , not make them look like they are the league leaders.

For someone with such ability you'd like to see a bit more end product. Then he'd be playing at a higher level I suppose.

Amoeba was piss poor today but he wasn't on his own. I think they try to play down to the level of the opposition. Well they bloody managed it today.

Looked more than that, was that not how many tickets we had sold. There were loads paying on the day when I went in

Don't tell me they were selling balti pies, it just said chicken on the menu so got a steak one instead that was bobbins for the £4 it cost! Decent chippy opposite the Longford Engine pub where we parked. Interesting walk back down the canal in the dark but back on the M6 within 2 minutes and back in Leigh a little over 90 minutes later.

The more I think of it, the more it puzzles me that we persisted with trying to knock the ball about on that pitch, clearly Wasps aren't arsed about it so it was bumpy as fuck, little wonder they were so many dodgy first touches. Little coincidence that the penalty came from a high ball forward and the second goal from a ball in to the box. Would have been carnage had Madine finished that chance near the end which was preceded by a top drawer first touch to be fair.

Happy with a point in the circumstances but we've eventually got to get an away win against one of the lower teams.

Aye the chicken pies were chicken balti

Had high expectations today until I saw the team sheet; I realise that he is perversely one of our high earners but Trotter is a disgrace to his profession. But I don't blame him, he's going to play if picked. I will not boo a bolton player but I get why they did.

Only spearing was above average.

The sooner PP realises that can. Taylor and Trotter are nowhere near good enough, the better.

Point stolen, in my opinion. Drop Trotter please. He's way short of all skills to be a third tier footballer.

I was quoting my lad but double checked the stats and i stand corrected

10,339 (1,721 away)...still a great turnout

Greet show today whites

I think we'll really miss Ameobi. He's one of the players in our team who can do something out of the ordinary. Personally I hope we can keep hold of him till the end of the season.

Thing is I'm not sure how much of that is necessarily by design, unless he plans the various rebounds from defenders that fall at his feet when he goes on one of his mazy runs. Yes he can come up with something special like the recent games, but it also means the rest of the team don't have a clue what he's going to do next.

This. Can't knock him for defensive discipline, but not sure he knows what he's going to do with the ball half the time.
