April 2, 20179 yr Long made a lot of runs along & behind their back four but alas never spotted by our square passing midfield. We just don't have the players to play any other way than route one. Need Madine back ASAP otherwise it could get iffy . Proctor is utter gash by the way , neither a target man nor a runner in behind.Long needs to be employed a bit deeper so he can run with the ball & not watch it being ballooned over his head.

April 2, 20179 yr Understand the theory but in practice Wilkinson has proved to be garbage time and again. We'd have had more joy sticking Wheater up top for the last ten. The question is, in the window, why did we go for a player like long when we already Clayton on the bench. We'd have been better going for a big lump as back up for Madine. Anyways , Like casino says every time we tried to play the ball on the floor, Pratley and spearing either lost it after being crowded out or spread it out wide to Morias who then chucked in to the box for nobody to get on the end of. They sat too deep for ALF or long to get in behind. They did a job on us. said the same at half time, another target man should have been brought in to cover for Madine.
