July 15, 20179 yr Yeah. It's a group consensus decision. Not a lot of options left for 9 of us when all seats have been chosen across the ground. That's my gripe really Who are the stewards going to hassle now? They'll miss you lot
July 15, 20179 yr Who are the stewards going to hassle now? They'll miss you lotIts not as exciting and as on going as you think
July 15, 20179 yr Who are the stewards going to hassle now? They'll miss you lot Its not as exciting and as on going as you think Oh, I don't know. You often took the pressure away from us. But strangely, only after the 14 and 15 year olds had been dealt with. I always wondered why your group and mine got away with persistent standing but if a 14 year old even got up for a piss he'd feel the mighty force of the orange warriors.
July 15, 20179 yr I don't think your group or ours ever did anything worth a talking too from the Orange warriors (from what I could see anyway) I think 14/15 year olds are bread and butter for some of them. I suppose I wouldn't mind them being bellends if they were consistent and not giving it out when we play Reading, Gillingham and not port vale Leeds etc. All in all it has been a laugh in that corner though. I'll go back next season if they open it
July 15, 20179 yr I did East upper for the Leeds cup match Very good view of the game, you will enjoy it up there pal

July 15, 20179 yr I did East upper for the Leeds cup match Very good view of the game, you will enjoy it up there pal Problem with ESU is that on the occasional clear day the very low winter sun seems to hover for the entirety of afternoon games. Pack your Foster Grants.

I'll go back next season if they open it It was usually persistant standing. When there's no fucker behind you to have their view blocked, or in your case, you're on the back row, it always seemed daft that they'd come and tell us to sit dowm. Moreso when there's a majority of away fans standing up.
July 16, 20179 yr Tomski, Micky, speak for yourselves. I've never had a speaking to of a orange warrier in my time in wsl. Just behave yourselves, easy. Apart from that one time.....

July 16, 20179 yr Our resident stewards in NSL have been spot on. Never had a problem standing on row Z and not been over the top on the rare occasion someone sneaks upstairs with a beer etc.
July 16, 20179 yr No issue ever when i was in the NSL, stood on the back row every game Never had an issue when was near nobhead corner years ago, they'd have spells of getting you to sit down, which you did only to stand up again shortly after, only ones who got shit off them were the ones who gave it Now in wsu and don't think I've even noticed if they have them up there
July 18, 20179 yr I'm also on back row of wsl. Sometimes stand up for a bit and no steward has said anything.
July 18, 20179 yr I'm also on back row of wsl. Sometimes stand up for a bit and no steward has said anything.Stewards used to moan about obscuring the advertising on the wall of the back row.

July 18, 20179 yr Stewards used to moan about obscuring the advertising on the wall of the back row. Perhaps a shareholder in Carr's pasties or some such.
August 7, 20179 yr Anyone got any idea why they moved Tomski and co then. they seemed to have made no increase to the away capacity.....seems very odd.
August 7, 20179 yr They increased the away capacity by having the netting in the home end and a couple of blocks of empty seating. Before, the net was in the away section. I reckon it'll have added about 600-1000 seats.
August 7, 20179 yr Because Leeds fans are nails and they may have jumped over obvs....but surely the old sectioning would have done the same thing. we seems to have just moved our own fans for no reason.
