I used to work with a chap who took his daughter to have her photograph professionally taken. A while later he was walking down the street to find his daughter's image being used on an advert for some product or other on a billboard. He sought advice and was told the photographer had done no wrong.

Within the ground they are OK to take and publish. The ones in the town centre I ain't so sure.
July 27, 20178 yr As far as I'm aware anything in public is fair game. The football ones, it's a condition of entering the ground. It always states this at the back of the ticket, you are likely to get photographed and used for media purposes.
