Previous ? So you are saying like last time she had done fuck all wrong ? The story was pushed by the Chairman of the Conservative Party. She offered at the time to publish the advice she was given in the leading Tories also published their full records. They declined the offer.

HMRC via the old boys network decided not to pursue and Manchester Police couldn't be arsed. I recall she quoted "bad advice" then also.

Deputy Prime Ministers cannot blame bad advice, they are central to the entire law making cycle... all they have to do is walk down the corridor and ask someone to sort it.
