Deputy Prime Minister versus number two on the gun in the Reform Party. I would expect Rayner to get more coverage. I think your political views may be distorting your perception.

Members of what is likely to be the next government can expect to be in the spotlight a fair bit from now on.

Some of the stuff i see that Restore lot come out with would make posters on Stormfront blush. It's proper grim what's become mainstream these days.

I'd rather neither.....but if we're to honour democracy, then I suppose we're likely to be stuck with one of them, the one small blessing, at present, is that massive cunt Burnham wouldn't be in the running

I don't mind Andy Burnham. What is is you dislike about him?

I DO NOT want that slimeball Streeting as PM, a mouthy Manc lass maybe

I can't stand Wes Streeting. There's just something about him I can't take to. Maybe it's the desperation to position himself for the top job. He just comes across as too career orientated for me - whilst trying to come across as a 'man of the people' - which I don't think he is.

One thing he admires about him is his eyebrows

I can never put my finger on it, he just always (to me) seems to be very disingenuous   -  it's just a personal thing. I've never had to, and never will have to vote for him, so my thoughts on him don't really matter I suppose

he does have fine eyebrows

It's clear large amounts of folk across the country aren't happy with the way the country is going at the minute so the traditional 2 of labour and Tories are looking likely to get a kicking at the local elections.

The split seems to be do you blame immigrants and woke for the issues and vote reform/restore. Or do you blame corporate greed and the wealthy for the problems and vote green.

Fair enough, there are clearly absolutely no racist undertones within Reform or their support. My mistake. Either way, they'll probably still piss it (probably by just not being either the Labour or Conservative Party)

You only need to look at the comments under each of those announcements to see how well those candidates have been received by the reform base.

Yep. Majority calling Farage a race traitor and declaring their support from Restore. Odd bunch.

I can see what you mean by that. He can have a touch of the Wes Streetings about him as well at times - but in general his heart seems to be in the right place. For me anyway.

I quite like him. (Burnham not Streeting)

He is definitely comes across as to the left of Starmer but not a lefty as Corbyn.

If he can get us back to 2012 UK he'd get my vote

That's me, that is.

And so they should.

The whole things crazy.

So apparently if someone fails vetting, they're not allowed to tell ministers.. so what's the point if vetting?

I have to undergo vetting for my job, if something comes up, the one hiring would know.

Kicked out for telling the truth.

How the fuck is voting reform in council elections going to get Starmer out?

If he does step down it doesn't mean reform are suddenly in power as Labour will appoint a new leader to be PM

I suppose the logic would be that a poor showing in the local elections might be what forces those within his party to make a move

I'd say so.

Yeah, calling another member a liar is a no go

30p Lee. A bastion of truth 🙄.
