Season Tickets

Wife has decided she hasn't the stomach for a relegation fight and wants rid of her season ticket. As it's me whose account the direct debit comes from I'm not really insisting she sticks it out.

Is it as simple as stopping her portion of the DD or are there things in place to stop this happening?

DD cant be stopped without the agreement of both sides of the deal

nor should you be able to

In reality though if you cancel your mandate I doubt the club will try to force you to pay it.

Your ticket will be cancelled sharpish and you will be out of pocket as you will have paid more than the amount of games you have had.

Oh and Mrs D is a #shitfan

Tell her she's no choice and then give her a kick in the shin

Death = refund

Otherwise, stop being so fucking mard.

H2H.

Is it the club who collects it though? May have been sold on to a 3rd party who may end up being a set of bastards - especially if a few people try to get out

Aye and the club will stop doing DD going forward would be my guess

It should be like all other finance. Don't pay and get shafted

Cant you get a new wife?

She'll sit it out then and I'll keep paying.

if its one DD for the lot of you how can you split the DD

Flog the tickets, or the wife

I can't see it. The way we are set up with 2 or more payments usually taken before the season even starts there is no real 'debt' to recover.

I might be talking complete bullshit, someone should tweet Lee Anderson and find out.

The admin fee suggests we sold it on

I'd be surprised if we didn't

That's why I can't just stop paying.

Do Citeh or Utd do DD options on season tickets? Seems the sensible option for people who don't have the stomach for taking the rough with the even rougher

This is pathetic

Must admit I've thought about canning it myself.

Nothing to do with results, more that I've been to one game this season and working Saturdays is rapidly becoming the norm :(

There's no way I'm organised enough to cancel anyway

So pop along and tell her.

When they fucked up the cup final tickets I chucked my season ticket back at them.

I received a cheque for the remainder of the season.

We had money then.

Can't you just return the ticket. Once they accept it, cancel the dd.
