April 9, 20188 yr At what point in their careers have Wheater, Beevers, Henry and Pratley been good on the ball? I've watched Parky screaming his head off as Wheater/Beevers launch another diagonal ball with no purpose. He clearly doesn't tell them to do that all game. But as we saw against Brum when teams sit behind the ball, you need something to break them down.We passed it around ok first half, but had nobody able to change gears to get in behind them. As the game went on and patience wore thin the ball was launched more and more. Even Parky said after it wasn't the plan. It happens. 'it happens' week in week out?

April 9, 20188 yr A Bradford mate of mine told me when we got Parky that is main tactic was it hit long from the back to a big man upfront so is Parky telling the players to do this or are the players at the back that useless they cannot pass but only launch it long. I know what I think I am with Cowdrill on this one.

April 9, 20188 yr A Bradford mate of mine told me when we got Parky that is main tactic was it hit long from the back to a big man upfront so is Parky telling the players to do this or are the players at the back that useless they cannot pass but only launch it long. I know what I think I am with Cowdrill on this one. Did you watch the first half hour or so of the Birmingham game? They passed the ball, but couldn't find a way to create chances. The crowd at one point got bored as it went sideways and shouted for Beevers to "get it forward". He did.
April 9, 20188 yr anyone who can sit there and claim the players in our squad 'cannot play another way' wants their heads testing professional footballers these men. all played at various different levels at various clubs all under managers who will of had their own way of playing. to even get to a level where they are now they have had to have some natural football ability yet some think in the short time theyve been at our club all of that ability, experience and know how has been knocked out of them and they have been made in to these cloggers who couldnt trap a bag of cement and couldnt pass a ball 10 yard. absolute bollocks the instruction comes from the fella on the touch line. with / without Madine the direction from him is woeful. absolutely spot on ????

Hanson... this is far from a Parky bashing. hes exceeded all of our expectations from the beginning of last season. but at the minute fingers are being pointed left right and centre but hes responible for the way we set up, the way we play and the lack of change when its going tits up

Hope we don't have to in the same way. well sadly at the moment without any obvious changes to how we are going about things and the success its currently having we may just be able to show them what theyre missing next season

I was thinking earlier and I couldn't think of anyone in the first team who hasn't played in the premier league or championship before. They may not be the best, some may be past it hence why they've wound up with us; but this is the second highest level of professional football in the country-they don't achieve that without having a modicum of footballing ability.
