Tbf it doesn't matter if you object or not

Uncle Ken will decide

If he’s still here

I’d seriously consider David lee if we go down

Ey up me ducks!!!. Sorry chaps and chapesses, but what I know about football you could write on a gnats foreskin with a thick pencil, so I humbly and respectfully decline your offer to manage the club!!!

At the moment I'm so tightly clenched, I need to crowbar to remove myself off the sofa and will be til 2:30 tomorrow.

I really hope by some miracle we can stay up but it's looking grim for us, especially if we have to rely on other results to go our way.

I'm still keeping the faith though, as it's all you can do at a time like this.

As for Phil Parkinson however...

Fuck sake. Next season would of been class, playing against Stoke, Wigan, Blackburn etc.

Instead it’s accy and scunny.

Please just at least win tomorrow, and give ourselves half a chance

Posted

Of course I’m hoping for the best tomorrow but if we are totally honest with ourselves, we haven’t been good enough to stay up this season.

I’m surprised we’ve taken it to the last game. We’ve been fortunate to win at least half the games we have and there aren’t many games we’ve not won where we should have won.

All irrelevant, all that matters is where we are at 3pm tomorrow.

I’d say good value against Barnsley and Cardiff at home. Should of won at Fulham and reading

Rochdale did what they had to do today and it resulted in staying up.

I agree with Dave, in the face of it, we deserve to go down, but for once, let's just do ourselves a favour and see what happens........

Miracles do happen and maybe we can repeat what Birmingham did at our place a few years ago.

Reading that post after a few vodkas has made me realise that Marc Iles is an anogram of miracles. We can do this shit. COYWM.

For every lucky win there's one we conceded late

Anyway the hard core and you know who you are - ladies and gents to a man - will still bump into the pissed up AHM whatever league we end up in

So hope it's this one

Still think going down won't be as devastating for the club as not going up would've been

If nowt else it bought us a year on the finances

The club - largely thanks to the prep of KA - will cope fine with relegation, but only for a year or two unless we accept we’re down there for a long time. We’ll certainly be better off playing Blackburn, Wigan and Stoke though rather than Accrington and Rochdale. Will be renewing either way and already planning some madcap trips around Southend and Plymouth (via a few days in Portugal is the current front runner).

Still time for stuff to be announced, I’m sure.

Btw - assuming trains aren’t running - what’s the quickest match bus to Bolton town centre after the game?

Cheers, will go with the number 3 while we can buy it as a return on the 6 from Leigh in the morning. Other half is determined we’re boozing in Bolton after the game, though presumably only if we stay up.
