What pace are you running at? Light, jog, quick jog?

Example

to get down to 13.5 I’d say your calorie intake should be 1600-1700. That’s if you’re doing a medium paced jog. That should be a 30 min workout before a warm up and cool down.

That would lose you a lb a week if your diet is ok. So 3 months to lose 14lbs

Stricter diet, same calorie intake, more intense workout ,running for longer, cycling or swimming 2-3lbs a week.

8-10 weeks.

Neither of these mean working out everyday. Rest days are just as important if not more especially when trying to lose weight.

as a rule of thumb. 7 days.

M- exercise

T- rest

W- exercise

T- exercise

F- rest

S-exercise

S- Rest

Prob a medium pace mate

3 mile is taking about 30 minutes

Was doing 7.5 min miles a few years back :(

How can I make porridge taste something resembling an edible foodstuff?

As the others have said, but I put a teaspoon of two of sugar on it.

Yes I know, but it's only like having a brew, and if I replace my breakfast brew with some water, nothing lost.

Crisps. I need crisps. Urgently

Ive got two big Toblerones and a selection box, all unopened, from Xmas and they can sit there for all I care. Not what I’m craving

Porridge for breakfast, small jacket potato and beans for lunch, mushroom pasta (again) for tea. Lack of (shit) carbs headache really kicking in. Not had any bread for a week. This is really killing me

You've just had official east Manchester lurgi, and are still recovering presumably. Perhaps not worrying too much about a few extra carbs might be in order; reckon you need them when fighting infection.

Any fruit really.I add Banana, Blueberries and pitted prunes - or whatever i've got in really - and it all tastes great, as does a few walnuts and raisins.

Anything but sugar 😂

Golden sultanas, nuts (non salted) and a little squirt of honey. And make sure it’s Scott’s porridge.

First session in the gym today.

30mins on the watt bike then my own HIIT circuit.

7 exercises, a minute on each with 15 seconds between each exercise, 3 times.

Bag - Abs- press ups - burpees - kettlebell - mountain climbers - rowing machine.

fucked.com

biggest achievement is only 1 chocolate bar (Turkish delight obviously Escobarp) today.

I’m also out the gym half hour ago 10 min warm up jog, 30 mins weight circuit and then 4km treadmill at a reasonable pace. Blowing out of places I didn’t know existed

back tomorrow morning for a fasted cardio session in the morning before work 45 mins on x trainer

time to turn up the intensity.

Love shreddies, however the guts don't seem to appreciate them. Can guarantee a dash to the bog not too long after.

Me too, them and weetabix sort me out 😁

Just entered a biggest loser (Weight) comp at work. Tenner in weigh in this Friday 8 weeks then weigh out.  Biggest loser of weight wins the pot.

37 signed up already today so well worth winning. Extra motivation for me that. Reckon there will be 50 plus in by Friday nice wee earner that

if I’m toiling it’s 3 weeks on the whizz for me for the home stretch should see me down to skeleton nicely.

😂😂😂 is this a try to shoehorn Turkish delight into as many posts as possible competition??

i know exactly what I will be spending it on if I win. Certainly has motivated me. I’ve just had a low calorie lasagne from tesco which is possibly one of the most bland things I’ve ever eaten.  I suspect the packaging was more favour some.

No pain no gain 💪🏽
