Burndens Bogs
No Balls "Chicken and Chorizo Stew" was indeed a lovely winter feed. Here's a copy and paste job of her post from about 2012 - "Big pon - put onions and garlic in & a little bit of oil (only a little bit mind), sweat them off (that's fry up on a medium heat, don't brunt em), chuck in a tea spoonful of chilli, (or to taste if you're Satan) lob in a chopped up chorizo ring, fry that off for a couple of minutes, chuck in a tin of chopped tomotoes and a tin of chickpeas, with the water. A stock cube, chicken or veg. Leave it bubbling for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, and Bob's your Aunty's live in lover". Eat with some crusty bread. Oh and add some diced chicken during cooking. It won't help you lose weight or get fit, but it tastes good. Example to get down to 13.5 I’d say your calorie intake should be 1600-1700. That’s if you’re doing a medium paced jog. That should be a 30 min workout before a warm up and cool down. That would lose you a lb a week if your diet is ok. So 3 months to lose 14lbs Stricter diet, same calorie intake, more intense workout ,running for longer, cycling or swimming 2-3lbs a week. 8-10 weeks. Neither of these mean working out everyday. Rest days are just as important if not more especially when trying to lose weight. as a rule of thumb. 7 days. M- exercise T- rest W- exercise T- exercise F- rest S-exercise S- Rest So do you exercise every other day, or 3.5 times a week? Just weighed in at 112.1kl. Aim to lose 10% in 14 weeks. Gonna get off the train a stop early, and banned myself from greggs

To lose weight I would say exercise every other day but have two days in the week consecutive exercising.
Smiley
5.7km run last night - that's 3 for the week now. And done a PT session at the gym this morning - got beasted! Just need to cut out the snacks and I'll make a proper effort with losing the tyre from around my waist.

gonzo
Leaped over a metal gate because an old granny couldn’t open it. Didn’t hurt at first and just kind of felt tight all day, but now I can’t walk at all. I’m hoping it’s just a strain on it or Summet. gonzo
Walking with limp more than usual and feels tight as fuck as well as sore. Having to battle through for work Don’t think it’s a full blown rupture, probably a strain. No running for the foreseeable that’s for certain. Can you stand up on your tiptoes?

No swelling pal. Can push off but feels tight as anything. Tiptoes hurts. Got a ton of metal in there so that won’t be helping things

Rest Ice Compression Elevation. Do this every night for a week and if it’s no better get to a doctor.
