Haha, Bassini hasn’t got the cash, he’s conned Dave Richards in to thinking he has, presumably so he can persuade a lender to deal with him as it gives validation. You don’t go from living in a 1 bed flat (rented) in Bushey to having £40M. Without a lottery win it simply isn’t possible, the rise is too stratospheric.
