BACS system is different.

The CHAPS system is Mon-Fri 9-5, outside of that it’s faster payments that has a daily sending cap on it.

And chaps is anytime til 5 but needs to be processed usually by 330pm agai depending on banks as some earlier than that for cut off times

Some banks have stopped cash deposits in to 3rd party accounts due to anti money laundering. 

To draw £600k cash he would’ve needed to have requested it last week.

Howard seems to be getting a few things right atm, doesn't look like basran going to be able to get the club or if he does he's got no more brass than Ken.

If he had the money he would go to Moonshift directly, buy the debt of Inner Circle (they’d probably get a discount), call in the shares held on the loan, which then writes off the debt to Ken and crack on from there. 

Ken needs play no part in this. 

Ken knows this and that’s why the delay isn’t down to him, he needs the deal doing before he gets cut out of it entirely.

Can't see that there would be many folk who'd pay players out of their own pocket unless they knew they were going to get it back and pronto.

Can't see either that they can sue him for breach of promise

Exactly, if he trusted he would get it back he would just pay it, but they (Basran) aren’t producing the funds.
