Whilst he's not our favourite guy, I wouldn't be surprised to find that he's not actually broken any laws - maybe acted unethically, and without morals....but always within the law, I'm not sure you can get done for that

So today is the 14 days from when Ken "received" the notice from Howards buyers.

If they move KA supposedly cannot do anything with the club, placing it in limbo. Which doesn't honestly sound much different to currently.

If it can prevent him from liquidating etc it may be worth it.

@sweep wonder if past liquidations other companies he has had will go against if we did go under?  Plus in the past he's been done of diverting funds into personal accounts. You probably might be right though he may have acted this time in the law

SO today arrived and the closer we get to the day's end, the more Howard looks like the greatest of WUMs, or he/she was right and Dark Horse took the money(from someone) NOT to call in the shares

There might have been an offer, but I doubt it was backed up with money 

On the other hand, Ken might have dug in and gone legal to buy himself time 

 

If there was never a serious buyer how did the courts get hoodwinked ?

You would think some evidence was required to get an adjournment.

Wind up or not it was clear for a while that much of what was said was either wild exaggeration or completely untrue. It is crazy that some people believe that a single poster who joins a forum has an inside track that nobody else does. 

If it was anything (and this is a guess) it was someone trying to put a message out there to force Ken into dealing with their group or to try and put a particular side across.

Most likely it was just a nice story. 

Story or not, it could have had a better ending.

I just hope the Easter Bunny is real.

If he was ever genuine didn't Howard say in his last post that his people were walking away. Apologies for not trawling through his previous posts . Things do now appear to be critical. If the bank accounts are frozen surely it is just a matter of time before the whole thing collapses.
